Reporting to: Expansion Manager

Targets of the position:

  1. As a Construction Manager (CM) your key responsibility will be to lead the Construction Management during the pre-construction, on-going construction and post-construction phases of the project.

  2. To recommend Contractors based on the lowest bid, quality, reliability and reasonable capacity of the Contractor.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Site technical evaluation, Including Site measurements, schematic design, Plan Production and Sign and seal as required by LGU.

  2. Facilitate conducting of Pre-bid Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Bid Submissions

  3. Manages the implementation of the project to ensure smooth construction timelines and completion.

  4. Ensuring compliance of LGU (local government unit) and National Government policies. Responsible for the overall compliance with the regulation, restrictions in building code, environmental, safety, sanitary, insurances, and building permits.

  5. In charge of creating our standard construction manual. Specify materials needed and efficient for the store.

  6. Handling the recruitment and accreditation of contractors and suppliers.

  7. Handling store concerns, coordination with the store issue to lessors.

  8. Prepare cost comparison for awarding.

  9. Monitors the approved projected budget, actual expenses, and payment request for the progressive billing project.

  10. In charge of store renovation, repairs, and store closure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php55,000.00 per month
