
HR MANAGER

Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in fostering a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR operations. Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR function for the manufacturing site.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership and line managers to support organizational goals.
- Drive engagement and retention strategies tailored to a production-based workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the Retail or Manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
