Job Description:

MD Channel Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our company maintains a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company goals.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with government-mandated contributions and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Conduct orientations and employee engagement activities to enhance company culture.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Manual payroll.
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
