JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective action.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote organizational culture.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone presentation skills.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, shifting schedules, and holidays.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
