JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective action.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics.
  • Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote organizational culture.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone presentation skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work weekends, shifting schedules, and holidays.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
