We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and laws.
Responsibilities:
Address grievances, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Implement performance management systems and development programs.
Administer compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies.
Organize company events and drive employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
Proven experience in HR management, particularly in FMCG.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).
Willing to do fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
