About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation & Benefits professional who can ensure that our employees are fairly rewarded while maintaining strict compliance with Philippine labor standards. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, benefits administration, and government reporting, while also supporting HR policies that align with DOLE regulations and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and disbursement.
  • Oversee employee benefits such as leave credits, health insurance, and allowances.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and recommend pay adjustments when necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Handle mandatory government reports (e.g., SSS R-3/R-1A, PhilHealth ER-2, Pag-IBIG M1/M2).
  • Assist in labor inspections and audits, ensuring zero violations.
  • Keep updated with changes in labor laws, wage orders, and statutory requirements.

HR Support

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Provide guidance on employee benefits, leave management, and compensation-related queries.
  • Support HR policies that foster employee well-being and engagement.

Strategic Contribution

  • Recommend improvements to compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Provide insights to management on compliance risks and employee cost optimization.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with company growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and DOLE compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll systems, and government reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently.
