About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage in real-time chat conversations with customers to address their inquiries and concerns
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, guiding them through the company's products and services
  3. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour throughout all customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in written English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  4. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
