About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Process Non-Voice Account Representative. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu and offers a newbie-friendly environment with only 2 assessments required.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a variety of non-voice customer service tasks, including responding to email inquiries, processing orders, and providing administrative support
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following established processes and procedures
  • Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner, while promoting a positive brand image
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software and systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory
