About the role

Auxilia Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Blended Account - 90% Chats & 10% Voice to join our growing team based in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to ₱25,000 and is open to both experienced professionals and those new to the industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via chat, with occasional voice interactions
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and find creative solutions to address customer concerns
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  4. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the business
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new skills as needed
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
