Job Description:

  • Review all items received and distribute to the appropriate person internal for approval.
  • Maintain the approval workflows with property managers, project managers, and upper management.
  • Properly record vendor bills in the accounting software in accordance with the company's Accounting Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain Vendor information including updating the Vendor list in the accounting software and retaining Vendor information such as W-9 Forms, ACH forms, and contact information.
  • Maintain vendor logins and passwords associated with the building.
  • Coordinate payables reports to building owners, Property Managers, and Property Accountants to execute vendor payments.
  • Follow-up with vendor(s), building owner(s), and property manager(s) questions related to Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, resolve billing issues, and reconcile statements.
  • Lead coordination of annual tax documents associated with Accounts Payable (1098, 1099) on behalf of the buildings.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
