About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Accounting Assistant who will focus on Accounts Payable and Disbursement functions. The successful candidate will help ensure that all payables are processed accurately and on time, supporting the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Process accounts payable transactions and ensure completeness of supporting documents.

· Prepare and monitor payment requests, check vouchers, and disbursement schedules.

· Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies promptly.

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for invoice validation and payment concerns.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

· Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· At least 6 months of accounting or bookkeeping experience (OJT experience accepted).

· Knowledge of accounts payable processes and disbursement management.

· Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
