Position Overview

As an Accountant, you will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for our firm. You'll play a critical role in maintaining financial health, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
  • Process payroll and track employee expenses accurately.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard financial data.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and MS Office).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPA certification is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php840.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
