Summary of Position:

Will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively supervising Accounts Payable and managing the General Ledger Accounting function. The position is full-time, reports to the Accounting Director, and is based in Philippines office/ remote.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures;

· Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are in accordance with GAAP and IFRS;

· Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses;

· Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

· Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget;

· Supervise accounts payable and general ledger personnel;

· Provide accounting assistance to business managers as needed throughout the company;

· Assist with information/documentation for the annual external audit.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required;

· CPA designation strongly preferred;

· Master's degree in accounting or business administration is a plus;

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role;

· Microsoft Office (specifically advanced skills with Excel);

· Experience with SAP S4 HANA;

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

· Complex problem solving and analytical skills;

· Prioritization and multi-tasking skills in a demanding and fast paced environment.
