Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the office and home furniture industry. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent growth and high levels of customer retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office and home furniture market.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales performance data.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other department to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or any business-related or Engineering , Architectural courses
- With at least one (3) years sales experience in System Office & Modular cabinets and Kitchen Furniture, Door Lock Set or any related industry.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient using Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and other Project Applications system
- Knowledgeable in furniture product applications
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- Must be detail-oriented
- Highly adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and a team player
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- With advanced selling skills
- Highly competitive and self-motivated; Candidate must possess the ability to balance his/her needs with the needs of the company
