Are you a people person with a passion for building strong client relationships? Wave Creative Group is looking for an Account Executive to join our Accounts Team and help us create meaningful connections with our awesome clients

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, target audiences, industries, and competitors to craft effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including digital marketers, designers, content creators, and developers—to create and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance objectives are met.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to bring innovative solutions to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
