Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistance (preferably remote)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and online communication tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
