Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related customer service or support role.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in BPO, eBay support, or ticket handling systems is an advantage.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Preferably residing within or near Pampanga.
  • Willing to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to customers via calls, emails, live chat/text, and social media.
  • Handle ticket management and ensure all issues are documented and resolved efficiently.
  • Assist customers with automotive audio, stereo parts, stereo harnesses, and facia compatibility for plug-and-play installations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Logistics, E-Commerce) to address client concerns.
  • Conduct product consultations to guide customers on specifications and features of head units and accessories.
  • Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and expert advice.

Knowledge or experience in automotive audio and electronics is a big plus
