Position Overview:

Our perfume company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will

serve as the first point of contact for our customers across multiple platforms (TikTok

Shop, Shopee, Lazada, social media, and direct inquiries). The CSR will be responsible

for providing excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the

brand's image of quality, trust, and luxury at value, through affordable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email,

phone, and social media.

  • Process orders, returns, replacements, and resolve delivery/shipping

issues in coordination with the operations team.

  • Provide detailed product knowledge, scent recommendations, and after-

sales support to guide customers in choosing the right fragrance.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and track recurring issues for

improvement.

  • Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiency, escalating

when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines (TikTok Shop, Shopee,

Lazada) and uphold Florence Perfumes' service standards.

  • Assist in preparing FAQs, templates, and customer support scripts to

streamline communication.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support promotions,

affiliates, live selling events, and new product launches.

  • Monitor reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms to protect brand

reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
