Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity? IT Managers is looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our team We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and processes

For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2nd year college level in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in voice support
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Open to project-based employment arrangement
