Customer Service Representative

Location: Bacolod (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a BPO setting handling voice accounts (at least managing 40-60 inbound or outbound calls per day).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting call targets.
  • Document interactions and follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a voice account.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and start ASAP.
  • Proficiency in handling high call volumes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
