Job Summary
- The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR-related projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing pre-employment requirements and orientation materials.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and file documents including 201 files, memos, and forms.
- Assist in timekeeping monitoring and validation of attendance reports.
- Support HR events and activities (trainings, meetings, employee engagement programs).
- Prepare simple reports, minutes of meetings, and documentation when needed.
- Respond to basic HR inquiries and provide clerical support to the team.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned to support HR operations.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php150.00 per day
