The HR/Admin Manager with Procurement Experience is a multifaceted leadership role responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative operations, and procurement activities within the organization. This position ensures that HR policies are effectively implemented, administrative systems run smoothly, and procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to cross-functional management.
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise daily administrative functions including office management, documentation, and facility coordination
- Ensure smooth internal communication and coordination across departments
- Manage company assets, supplies, and logistics to support operational efficiency
- Oversee travel arrangements, scheduling, and general support services
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
- Lead procurement activities including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
- Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost control
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and budgetary constraints
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, procurement performance, and administrative KPIs
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Support risk management and business continuity planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
