Trainor/Coordinator

• Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that equip new and existing production employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently and safely.
• The role ensures that all production team members are well-versed in the company's processes, quality standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
• The Production Trainer plays a key role in improving operational performance, reducing errors, and enhancing overall productivity in the production environment.
• Certification in training or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of production systems, machinery, and quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and develop personalized training approaches.
• Proficiency with MS Office or other training and documentation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Timekeeping Monitoring
• Evaluation reports every 3rd and 5th month
• Pay slip issuance
• Answering payroll concerns and issue of employeesIssuance of Disciplinary Actions from Verbal – Written/Suspension (if the other HR Coordinator is unavailable)Manhours Reporting and MonitoringEmployee Counseling
• Assist concerns of employee assigned in handled client
• With direct coordination w/ the client to the HR Team Asia, Inc. management together with co-coordinator
• Assisting Recruitment on Deployment Day and any other orientation or necessary training upon deployment
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Ensuring every manpower request has Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) from client for monitoring.
• Do follow-ups in regards to billings and making sure of approvals
• Attends meetings sets by the client
• Cascade memorandum and announcements issued by the Office or Manager to all handled employees
• Responsible for Database and Headcount encoding and monitoring per client (Monthly)
• For HR Coordinator/Safety Officer you must be coordinated with Safety Officer 3
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,700.00 per month
