Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of progressive experience in HR roles, with exposure to office administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations, preferably from a food manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute diverse administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic and physical formats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of employee onboarding programs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth offboarding process.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Facilitate effective communication between HR and other departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to disseminate important information to employees.
- May perform other relevant tasks as may be reasonably required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
