Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of progressive experience in HR roles, with exposure to office administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations, preferably from a food manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute diverse administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic and physical formats.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of employee onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth offboarding process.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Facilitate effective communication between HR and other departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to disseminate important information to employees.
  • May perform other relevant tasks as may be reasonably required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
