About the Role
We're looking for an HR Officer for Training & Development who will lead our employee onboarding, learning programs, and compliance trainings. This role ensures that every new hire at MediWalk has a positive and well-guided start — from orientation to development — while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with the Data Privacy Act (RA
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage onboarding and employee orientation programs.
- Design and implement internal and external training sessions.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, reports, and short video guides.
- Maintain training records, reports, and employee learning trackers.
- Ensure HR data privacy compliance and confidentiality of records.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Management for training needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, training, or organizational development.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Canva, and basic video editing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Background in healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
