A recruitment intern supports the recruitment team by assisting with administrative and operational tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS). They also help with candidate communication, background checks, and onboarding, providing practical experience in the full recruitment cycle.

Task maybe given:

  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and send out interview reminders.
  • Database management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and employment details.
  • Administrative support: Assist with administrative duties like conducting pre-employment requirements checks and initial documentations.
  • Event support: Assist with organizing and attending recruitment events, career fairs, and other company-sponsored activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate records and administrative tasks.
  • Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Enthusiasm for Learning: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment and HR functions within a professional work environment.
