Key Account Manager

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery to drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify client needs and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client industries to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2–3 years) as a Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
