Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager with extensive experience in frozen food distribution to major national markets, (SM & ROBINSONS). The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with our major retail, wholesale, and foodservice partners while driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts in retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributors.
  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activities to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and high-quality standards across the supply chain.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, warehouse, and finance) to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Drive new product listings and category growth within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and account updates for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
