We're looking for a passionate and driven Key Accounts Specialist to join our growing team If you're someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and creating meaningful impact across key markets, this role is for you.
As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be the primary business partner for our Food Manufacturing Key Accounts across Central Luzon—ensuring product visibility, business expansion, and customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in growing our brand and strengthening long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with assigned Key Accounts, focusing on the Food Manufacturing segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve business goals and increase product presence.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and adherence to merchandising and trade execution standards.
- Explore business opportunities, lead negotiations, secure new listings, and strengthen product penetration.
- Monitor account receivables to ensure timely collection and support efficient payment processing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to account needs, addressing concerns, and building trust-based partnerships.
- Share relevant market insights, competitor trends, and customer feedback to help shape business strategies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Sales, or FMCG/Distribution (experience handling Food Manufacturing accounts is a plus).
- Strong communication, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
- Enjoys field work, collaborating with customers, and winning together as a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
