QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer relationships effectively.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to forecast sales, track key metrics, and develop business plans.
- Experience in sales of consumer products preferred.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
