We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and confident communicator to join our growing team as a Warm Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter.


The Role (Work From Home):

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients who come through our online marketing campaigns. Using a simple and proven script, you will:

  • Call and qualify leads to determine their level of interest and suitability
  • Book appointments directly into our broker's calendar (via Calendly/CRM)
  • Send follow-up SMS and emails to nurture warm leads
  • Keep CRM notes updated and ensure every client feels valued and supported

This is a long-term, direct-hire, work-from-home opportunity with a stable Australian company. You'll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and performance bonuses based on results.


What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A positive, confident, and professional phone manner
  • Experience in appointment setting, mortgage, real estate, or customer service (Australian or US campaigns preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, mortgage, real estate, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with CRM data
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organised
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Hungry for success, growth and earning more money

Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection with minimum 50+ Mbps speed
  • Laptop or desktop that meets minimum standards (laptop rental available if needed)
  • Standard business grade laptop or desktop computer
  • Computer must have minimum 16GB RAM for optimal performance
  • Quality noise-cancelling headset
  • Availability for coaching and video calls during work hours
