Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resource management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The position plays a vital role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Supervise and guide HR staff in day-to-day operations, including timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal and evaluation systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company standards.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including government-mandated contributions.
  • Create and maintain HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Manage company-wide training, learning, and development programs.
  • Promote employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
  • Support management in organizational development and manpower planning.
  • Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) as required.
  • Lead HR audits, compliance reviews, and policy updates.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
