We partner with leading Martech and Adtech platforms to deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance and marketing outcomes. The Role Revop is looking for a driven Lead Generation & Sales Development Executive to fuel our growth across the Philippines, Australia, and APAC. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through a blend of marketing-led outbound, sales development outreach, and campaign execution. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps — perfect for someone who understands modern Martech, AI-powered marketing, and B2B SaaS sales motions. Key Responsibilities Help create branded content and adverts Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, sequences, enrichment tools). Create targeted prospect lists using platforms like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar. Support marketing in running lead gen initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and content distribution. Collaborate to optimise messaging, landing pages, and nurturing workflows. Track campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and messaging. Conduct discovery conversations and assess prospect fit. Set high-quality meetings for the Business Development and leadership Maintain clean CRM data and document all activity. Follow structured cadences for prospecting and lead follow-up Skills & Experience 1–4 years’ experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Marketing-led Lead Generation . Background in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments is a major advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigato / Lusha / HubSpot Email & automation tools e.g., Dotdigital, Understanding of modern digital marketing, advertising, and AI-driven marketing tools. Highly organised, KPI-driven, and motivated to hit outreach and meeting targets. Competitive salary + performance bonus.
