Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential businesses for sale (listings) and individuals/companies looking to buy (buyers).

  • Utilize various channels including online databases, business directories, social media (especially LinkedIn), and industry news.
  • Generate lists of qualified prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Outreach & Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through a mix of cold calls, warm calls, emails, and social media messages.

  • Professionally and persuasively introduce the services of ACQUIRE Business Brokers Inc.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with business owners and prospective buyers.
  • Needs Analysis & Qualification:

  • Conduct initial interviews to understand the prospect's motivations, timeline, and specific needs.

  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., business profitability, reason for selling, financial capacity of buyers).
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of using a professional business broker.
  • Pipeline Management:

  • Accurately log, track, and manage all lead activities and interactions in the company's CRM system.

  • Maintain a consistent and organized pipeline report for the sales manager and senior brokers.
  • Follow up diligently with nurtured leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule and confirm discovery meetings and consultations between qualified leads and the senior brokerage team.
