Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by prospecting businesses and obtaining the contact details of the owner

  • Qualify and pass potential leads to the office

  • Prospecting & Research:

  • Identify businesses through field work, websites, online databases, business directories, and other sources

  • Build targeted lists of business owners using cold calling, email, and social media.

  • Outreach & Engagement:

  • Initiate contact via in-person meetings, site visits, phone, email, and social media to introduce the process of selling a business.

  • Explain the role of business brokers and the whole sales process.
  • Build rapport and trust with business owners.

  • Pipeline Management:

  • Accurately log and update all activities and interactions in the company forms or CRM.

  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline for review with the sales manager or business broker.
  • Consistently follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel and monitor until assigned to a business broker.

  • Incentive and/or commission:

  • Incentive and/or commission shall be offered based on performance.

  • Subject to reaching minimum monthly target.
