Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT) Position Summary The Lead Qualifier plays a critical role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate combines strong IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging prospects. This role ensures that high-quality, pre-qualified leads are passed to the sales team to maximize conversion rates and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Prioritisation Receive, organize, and prioritize incoming leads from multiple channels. Conduct research to assess potential leads, their needs, and fit with company solutions. Maintain accurate records of lead status, interactions, and outcomes within CRM systems such as Salesforce. Continuously update and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression. Engage prospects through outbound calling, emails, and other outreach channels. Conduct qualification calls to understand the prospect’s IT environment, challenges, and business needs. Identify decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential opportunities within target accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed over effectively. Provide initial product information and answer basic technical questions, escalating detailed queries to the sales or technical team. Track and report on lead engagement metrics, providing insights to support sales strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. IT background such as IT support, IT operations, service desk, MSP experience, or similar. Excellent customer service and phone communication skills. Good business acumen and ability to understand client needs. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Confidence in outbound calling and sales engagement. Familiarity with ITSM, RMM, PSA, or remote monitoring tools. Prior exposure to tools such as Atera, NinjaOne, N-able, ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA. Ability or willingness to learn to conduct product demos. Experience in pre-sales or technical account management.
