What is your mission?We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help drive growth in the commercial real estate sector. In this role, you'll identify and qualify potential clients, build strong prospect lists, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into partnerships. If you're driven, analytical, and passionate about connecting with decision-makers, we'd love to have you on our team
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Research and identify potential leads in the commercial real estate industry using online databases, networking, and industry events.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its services.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate contact and lead details.
- Schedule meetings or presentations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or telemarketing (preferably in commercial real estate or B2B industries).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and evaluate potential clients.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and persistent when handling rejection or challenging prospects.
