Job Summary:
The Business Developer is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to support the growth and expansion of the company within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role requires building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and implementing initiatives that enhance revenue streams and strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and management) to ensure alignment of business initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to support sustainable business growth.
- Monitor, assess, and report the performance of business development initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
