  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generating new business leads through networking and other channels.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Leasing:
  • Presenting properties to prospective tenants and highlighting their features.
  • Negotiating lease terms and conditions.
  • Managing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensuring properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants.
  • Overseeing tenant screening and application processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
