Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Cagayan. BDO is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic business opportunities that contribute to the company's growth. This role involves market research, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and collaboration with different departments to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, business plans, and sales pitches.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Assisting in negotiations and closing deals to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
  • Preparing regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.

Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
