We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help shape and grow the business. If you're passionate about movies, live entertainment, and the power of digital media and you're ready to make a major impact we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy & Growth Planning:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive expansion into new markets and online content categories.
  • Identify new business models that align with company growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define revenue goals, expansion targets, and go-to-market plans.

Partnership Development & Management:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard event organizers, production houses, studios, creators, and media agencies to the platform.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals with tailored benefits, monetization plans, and engagement strategies.
  • Manage partner accounts and ensure high partner satisfaction and retention..

Marketing Enablement & Campaign Planning

  • Plan and execute partner marketing campaigns to promote upcoming live events and content premieres.
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Support PR and brand awareness efforts related to high-profile partnerships and platform events.

Revenue Generation & Monetization

  • Develop and optimize monetization strategies such as pay-per-view, subscriptions, ticketing, ads, sponsorships, or hybrid models.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to design tiered offerings for different partner types.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Work with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies for our entertainment ventures, as well as other business areas.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business development goals and maximize impact.

Market Research & Competitive Positioning

  • Conduct ongoing research to understand livestreaming trends, audience behavior, and technology adoption across geographies.
  • Analyze competitors and platforms to strengthen positioning and identify market gaps.
  • Deliver insights that inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven (5) years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a track record of managing diverse business interests.
  • Strong interest and passion for movies, television, and the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth across various sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and performance analytics.
