Business Development Associate (AU Construction, WFH) – ConnectOS

Salary: P65,000-P75,0000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 3+ years lead generation experience
  • B2B Experience
  • CRM Experience: Hubspot and Monday.com
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously

Nice To Have

  • Construction Industry experience
  • AU Client experience
What will you do?
  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement
  • Prepare and send proposals
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects during long sales cycles
