About this Role:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Representative (Remote) to manage invoices and vendor payments for our property management client. The role includes ensuring accurate expense coding, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and supporting month-end/year-end closings. Strong attention to detail, client coordination, and vendor relationship management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming invoices related to property management operations.
  • Ensure proper coding of invoices and allocate expenses to the correct property accounts.
  • Verify vendor details and ensure payments are made per agreed terms.
  • Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger.
  • Track and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendor payments.
  • Prepare and maintain AP reports for management and financial audits.
  • Assist with property management budgets by providing accurate data related to payable expenses.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software or property management software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for vendor interactions.
  • Experience with CINC, Strongroom, and/or VendorSmart would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH time), full-time 40 hours a week
