Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations
  • Address grievances, complaints, and workplace issues
  • Promote positive work culture and resolve conflicts
  • Serve as liaison between staff and leadership

  • Draft and update HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

  • Organize training sessions and workshops
  • Support employee growth through development plans
  • Track performance and recommend improvement strategies

  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Assist in designing competitive compensation packages

Core Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science
  • Bonus: Additional training or certification in Labor Relations, Compensation Management, or Organizational Development through programs like AIHRM by PMAP or CHRP Philippines

Relevant Experience

  • 2-3 years in HR roles, ideally in energy, construction, mining, or industrial sectors
  • Experience in:
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Policy development and compliance (DOLE, HSE standards)
  • Payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Training and development for field and office staff

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance, and site-based HR operations
  • Ability to manage rotational schedules, field deployment, and remote onboarding

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams—especially operations, safety, and finance

Bonus Traits

·Willingness to travel to field sites or conduct on-site audits

  • Experience with negotiations or labor relations
  • Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) or HR compliance
