Job Summary:
The HR Staff specializing in Training and Recruitment is responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, as well as planning, organizing, and implementing employee training and development programs. The role ensures that the organization attracts qualified candidates, develops employee skills, and supports overall workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring in line with manpower requirements.
- Identify training needs through assessments and consultation with department heads.v
- Design, plan, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate with external training providers, if necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-training feedback reports.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and training programs.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR training and recruitment functions.
- Support overall HR initiatives and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment and/or training is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
