About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and taking pride in your work? We are seeking an OPTUS CoEX Voice Service - Telco CSR / OPTUS Telesales Pilot - Telesales to join our team at 1ST DYNAMIC PERSONNEL RESOURCES' in the vibrant Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila area. This full-time position will allow you to utilise your exceptional communication skills and drive to provide a world-class customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide professional, knowledgeable and empathetic support
  2. Assist customers with a wide range of enquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  3. Process customer orders, upgrades and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  6. Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the telecommunications industry
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and provide solutions
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex customer queries
  4. Proficiency in data entry and the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
