About the role

We're looking for a high-performing Call Centre Executive (COEx) to join our customer service team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you'll be the frontline for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and providing prompt and courteous assistance
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
