About the role

As an OPTUS CoEX Voice Service - Telco CSR / OPTUS Telesales Pilot - Telesales, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and sales support to AUXILIA INC' customers based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and supporting the company's sales initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to customer calls promptly and professionally
  2. Providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers, resolving their issues and addressing their needs
  3. Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities through effective communication and active listening
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the telecommunications or call centre industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  6. Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
