About the role

We are looking for an OPTUS CoEX Voice Service - Telco CSR / OPTUS Telesales Pilot - Telesales to join our dynamic team at 2000 MILES PLACEMENT AGENCY, INC. (FOR:GEOSONS PLCT AGENCY, INC)' based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our Telco clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their Telco-related queries and requests
  2. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely resolutions
  3. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the Telco industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet or exceed performance goals
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
