OPTUS Telesales Pilot

The opportunity

AUXILIA INC' is seeking an experienced OPTUS Telesales Pilot (100% NONVOICE) to join our dynamic Sales team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition through targeted outbound sales activities. The role is based in our Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila office.

Key responsibilities

1. Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our OPTUS products and services
2. Conduct effective sales conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
3. Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert guidance and advice
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy
6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and processes
7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a telesales or sales consultant role, preferably in the Sales industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work
5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
